*This is the purchase page for the “Plan without Lunch”. This page is different from the purchase page for the “Plan with Lunch,” which includes a stadium & VIP area tour, Japanese cultural experience, and special lunch.
In addition to enjoying a Japanese cultural experience in the VIP lounge of the National Stadium, you will have the rare opportunity to see the VIP area of the stadium, which is normally off-limits.
The Japanese cultural experience will include a calligraphy session with guest artist Misen Aoyagi.
*Japanese to English consecutive interpretation will be provided.
■Main Program
1) Stadium & VIP area tour (with attendant/30-45 min.)
→A guide who is not usually included in stadium tours will take you to the flash interview zone, player locker room, track & field, and VIP rooms, which you cannot normally see.
2) Japanese cultural experience (calligraphy / 45-60 min.)
→Enjoy a calligraphy demonstration by up-and-coming calligrapher Bisen Aoyagi, whose works have been featured in the National Stadium, as well as a hands-on calligraphy experience using shikishi (japanese card paper). Please wear clothes that you do not mind getting dirty, as ink is used in the calligraphy experience. If you do not wish to experience the calligraphy, we can provide you with a calligraphy experience set. Please enjoy it at home.
3) Stadium tour (free time / 60-90 min.)
→You can enjoy Japan National Stadium Tour at your own pace. You can also get a panoramic view of the stadium from the observation deck on the 4th floor.
■Profile
・Bisen Aoyagi (will be in charge of Japanese cultural experience/calligraphy)
Aoyagi began studying calligraphy at the age of 4 under the influence of her grandmother. She has performed calligraphy in more than 10 countries around the world. In Japan, she has created brush strokes for “Dororo,” a TV animation based on Osamu Tezuka's original story, and the famous hunting game “Monster Hunter Rise,” among others. In 2020, she performed the opening calligraphy performance in front of 58,000 spectators at the 99th Emperor's Cup Final, which was held as the kickoff of a sports event at Japan National Stadium. The following year, she worked on the wall artwork for the VIP room and the flash interview zone at Japan National Stadium, and has a deep connection with the sacred ground of Japan National Stadium. In 2023, she will perform a dedication calligraphy at the World Heritage site "Koyasan." She works under the motto of tradition and innovation and has appeared on TBS's "Jonetsu Tairiku." Since 2022, she has served as a PR ambassador for "Shodo Performance Koshien."

-Cancellation fees (100% of the total amount) will be charged from the time of booking.
[Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions]
-Bookings are accepted until 1 day prior to the tour date. A minimum of 10 participants is required to run the tour. If the minimum number of participants is not met before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may be canceled. In case of tour cancellation, customers will be contacted at least 3 days in advance.
