Tour Schedule

When will future tour dates be?

We make tour dates for the following month available on the official Japan National Stadium Tour website around the 10th of every month.
We begin accepting reservations for the dates posted on the website once they have been announced.

Tickets

How do I purchase tour tickets?

You may purchase tickets from the official Japan National Stadium Tour website.
We do not handle ticket purchases, schedule changes or cancellations over the phone.

Tickets may be purchased in the following manner.
1. Access the official Japan National Stadium Tour website:
https://kokuritu-tours.jp/
2. Click on the "Purchase tickets" button.
3. Select your desired tour date, time, ticket type and number of tickets. After reviewing your selection, submit your email address.
4. Click on the ticket purchase link in the email you received from us.
5. Fill in your payment information and select your payment method. After reviewing the information, purchase your tickets.
6. If you selected "convenience store payment," follow the instructions in the notification email you received from the convenience store payment service and pay for your tickets.

If there are open slots for that day's tours, tickets may also be purchased at the ticket counter located at Gaien Gate E.

My schedule has changed. Can I change the date of my ticket?

You may change the date and time of your ticket only once by 6:00 p.m. on the date on your ticket.
Dates may not be changed to those that are not on sale yet.
To change the date and time of your ticket, log in by clicking on the "Check Tickets" button on the official Japan National Stadium Tour website, click on "Ticket List," then change the date and time of the appropriate ticket.

Can purchased tickets be cancelled?

Purchased tickets may not be cancelled by the buyer and are non-refundable.

What format are tickets issued in?

Tour tickets are issued as an e-ticket consisting of a QR code to be displayed when checking-in at the stadium.
We do not issue paper tickets.

How do I display my tickets?

Log in by either using the URL included in the Ticket Purchase Confirmation email your received after purchasing your tickets or by clicking on the "Check Tickets" button on the official Japan National Stadium Tour website, then click on "Ticket List" to display the e-ticket QR code(s).

Do I have to purchase a ticket ahead of time to join a tour?

If there are openings for that day's tours, you may join one by purchasing tickets at the ticket counter located at Gaien Gate E.

Do you sell tickets on the day of a tour?

If there are openings for that day's tours, tickets may be purchased at the ticket counter located at Gaien Gate E.

The Japan National Stadium Tour

How long does the tour take?

On this tour participants are allowed to freely walk around designated areas in the stadium.
You will have approximately 60 minutes to experience the stadium.

Can I stay at the stadium beyond the time slot I have purchased a ticket for?

As there is no designated time that tour participants are required to leave the stadium, you may stay until it closes at 5:00 p.m.

Limited-time Special Tours

How does the VIP Area & Observation Deck Tour differ from the Japan National Stadium Tour?

This is a special tour of the areas not open to the regular Japan National Stadium Tour, including the VIP Lounge and VIP seating area.
At the end of the tour, participants may enjoy a full view of the stadium from above from the 4th floor observation area.
Areas open to the regular tour, such as the track and field area, are not included.

Japan National Stadium Facilities

How do I get to the Japan National Stadium's Gaien Gate E?

If coming by train, the closest station is the Toei Oedo Line's Kokuritsu-Kyogijo Station (Gaien Gate Exit A2). Please see the official homepage for more details.

Is parking available (including barrier-free parking)?

Parking is unavailable. We ask that you use public transportation to get here.

Are there coin lockers?

No coin lockers are available on stadium premises.

Is there a space available for smoking?

The stadium does not have smoking spaces.

Can I eat or drink at the stadium?

No facilities are available inside the stadium for eating or drinking (except drinking water). Please use the benches outside the stadium.

Do you offer childcare?

We do not offer childcare services.

Does the stadium have nursing rooms or diaper changing stations?

You may use the Baby Care Room located on the 1st floor for nursing.
Hot water is not available, so please bring your own.
Diaper changing stations are available in men's, women's and shared restrooms.

Can I use the stadium elevators?

Please ask a staff member and they will guide you to the elevators.

Can I join a tour if I use a wheelchair?

Yes, wheelchair users may participate in tours.
Please note that due to the location of elevators in the stadium, your tour route may differ from that of other tour participants.
