■Payment Method and Timing
When purchasing tickets online:
- Credit card (Payment is settled at the time of purchase.)
-Convenience store payment (Payment at a convenience store must be completed within 3 days of reserving tickets. If the purchase date is less than 3 days before the scheduled tour date, payment must be completed by the date of the tour.)
When purchasing tickets for group tours:
- Bank transfer (Payment must be made up to 1 week prior to the scheduled tour date).
When purchasing at the ticket counter:

■Sales Method for Limited Sales Quantities
For limited quantities of the tickets it offers, JSC shall sell those tickets on a first-come, first-served basis.
■Ticket Delivery Method and Timing
A ticket containing a QR code will be displayed by accessing the URL in the notification email sent after the purchase process has completed. Tour participants may enter the stadium by having a staff member read the QR code with a dedicated scanner upon arrival at the tour entrance.
Tour participants are to bring an electronic device capable of displaying the ticket QR code or have a print out of the QR code when coming to the Japan National Stadium.
Tour participants are responsible for providing the electronic device(s), printing equipment, paper and other resources necessary to obtain and output ticket QR codes. Tour participants shall bear all expenses, including communication and printing fees, incurred in obtaining and outputting the QR code.
■Returns, Replacements and Cancellations
Tickets may not be returned or cancelled for any reason after purchase, regardless of ticket type. A cooling-off period does not apply to the tickets offered by the Service.
If a tour is cancelled due to force majeure, JSC, based on its determination, will refund the price of tickets purchased for the tour.
However, no refund will be made if, in such a case, said tickets are lost, damaged or grossly defaced. Only the price of said tickets shall be refunded. Refunds will not include payment processing fees. Refunds may take up to 4 weeks.
■Ticket Loss/Failure to Have or Display Tickets
Individuals not in possession of a tour ticket upon arrival will not be allowed to participate in the Japan National Stadium Tour. Additionally, individuals who are unable to present their QR code with the electronic device they are using to display the code, including such reasons as device malfunction and insufficient battery life, will not be allowed to participate in their reserved tour.
