Privacy Policy
The Japan Sport Council ("JSC") shall comply with laws regarding the protection of personal information and shall endeavor to protect the privacy of personal information in the operation of its Japan National Stadium Tour ticket sales service ("Service").
1. JSC shall comply with all laws and other standards related to the handling of personal information.
2. Personal information collected by JSC as part of the Service shall be used for the following purposes:
・Within the scope necessary to operate the Japan National Stadium Tour
・To verify the identity of Japan National Stadium Tour participants, or when it is necessary to contact participants.
・For ascertaining and analyzing participation in the Japan National Stadium Tour
・To respond to requests from the government or investigating authorities in order to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the Japan National Stadium Tour
3. JSC shall not disclose personal information to any third party (excluding specific personal information pursuant to the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (My Number Act)) except in the following cases:
(1) When consent to do so has been obtained from the individual;
(2) When disclosing said information in a form that does not allow the identification of the individual, such as statistical data;
(3) When it may do so in accordance with Act on the Protection of Personal Information;
(4) When ordered by judicial or administrative organs to disclose or submit personal information in accordance with the law.
4. JSC shall take appropriate action in response to requests made by individuals to disclose, amend, stop the use of or delete their own personal information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related regulations established by JSC after having confirmed the identity of the individual making the request.
5. JSC shall manage personal information it has collected in an appropriate manner and take the necessary steps to prevent leakage, loss and damage of that information.
6. JSC has established a Personal Information Protection Hotline to promptly respond to complaints and inquiries regarding its handling of personal information.
